How long does delivery take?
We deliver to all UK addresses within 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at hello@soothly.co.uk with your order number to start the process.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at hello@soothly.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

How do I use the massager?
Place the massager against your neck, shoulders, or back. Use the included home adapter or car power cord to power it on. Select your preferred massage mode and heat setting using the control buttons. We recommend sessions of 15–20 minutes.

Is it safe to use every day?
Yes, the Soothly Shiatsu Massager is designed for regular daily use. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult your GP before use.
