Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery
We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasionally delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@soothly.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve this promptly.
